      - For manager only, great benefits (Nestlé Benefit) - Good Salary and bonuses - Free machine and good discount for firends or family - Free Capsules/ month

      Cons

      - 30 min to lunch and no breaks during 10 hours of work - Micro management - High pressure - Snoby - Poor training - Old system

      Great benefits/employee discounts, competitive salary, unique challenges

      Cons

      Senior management teams are not qualified. I am a leader, not a complainer-what is going on in the corporate setting is unprofessional on so many levels. I would not take back working here. I am only stronger in my career, as I am now better prepared when dealing with arrogance.

      Pros

      Fantastic level of training, great salary, fantastic location. Training is readily available. Uniform is given for free as well as significant coffee allowance. Great staff benefits

      Cons

      Incredibly weak leadership skills. Undiplomatic system of promotion. Family members or friends get promoted within the company. Very focused on how the brand is perceived and cares more about targets and numbers than what is working for staff themselves. Low team morale. Incredibly high staff turnover. Don't make you feel like staying. Transient job max 1 year before you hit the glass ceiling. High levels of favouritism.
