      - Start up environment with resources of a multinational corporation - work flexibility and autonomy - Vibrant and youthful work culture

      Cons

      - European headquartered business that can make processes and innovation challenging - Challenging sometimes to progress career due to long tenure of employees staying in roles. Pro is it's part of the nestle business and plenty of other opportunities in other brands.
