We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed socialising with us on our quarterly nights out along with benefiting from our uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to work with some of the leading multinational businesses of whom we are proud make up our blue-chip client base. We are however sorry to hear that you found other aspects of our business less suited to your requirements and that you felt that the senior management were disjointed. Where we don’t agree this to be the case as we firmly believe our growth is intrinsically linked to our culture, our training and our people including the senior management team, we do accept that growth makes communicating effectively more difficult and this is something that we are continuously working to improve on. This ranges from improving our internal coms, our review process and through giving better training and support to our managers. It’s tough to be successful in the recruitment industry and Navartis has a healthy, competitive, results-orientated environment where you build and manage your own client and candidate base, receiving recognition and rewards that are directly linked to financial contribution which may be perceived as unfair to those not performing at the highest level. Naturally our environment will not be suitable for everyone including some of those new to the industry. However, our sustained growth is underpinned from the support and development offered to our Trainees by our L&D team who deliver an extensive training programme of over 92 hours to all Trainees in their first 16 weeks with the business. We note your comments around bonus payments of which we have had no issues raised previously by anyone and without specific details is difficult to comment on, so we would please ask that you contact our Human Resources team @ hr@navartis.co.uk and we will happily look into any bonus payment which you feel was inaccurately paid.
