I work in the overseas team at Navartis and I must say it is the best team I have worked with in my career throughout different industries. Quarterly Pay Reviews Great Salary and Bonus Outstanding training Management support The team are all there to help and support each other Growing company Company nights out Great hours Great progression opportunities Everybody is working towards a common goal

Cons

Recruitment is not an easy job by any means, but I can genuinely say there are no real cons to working for Navartis

Training & Development - From day one it is clear what you can achieve and how you can get there Day to day business culture - everyone is keen to support where they can End of Quarter Celebrations - In office celebrations and out of office celebrations - all supplied for by the business
