      Newer people were kind and wanted to help you succeed Learning and development team were fantastic and truly wanted to support

      Toxic environment is accepted by management as they don’t want to upset those that are bringing in the money Bullying was pointed out on numerous occasions but nothing changed Constant references to people’s age and personality, trying your best is not good enough Left with far less confidence than I went in with and mental health is truly something effected from this job

      Not as good as it seems

      The incentives they offer The vast majority of people are quite nice Training team The progression available

      -Little to no manners, more often than not when you would go in at the beginning of the day you wouldn't get a 'good morning' or 'how are you' unless you are in the clique. -They absolutely sell you the dream when offering you the job, they don't explain that there is actually thresholds to achieve any bonus and this wasn't explained until placements were made -To say they are representing a 'company' when they go out they dress as if they are off on a night out in Leeds City Centre - not very professional at all. -Like other reviews have said, regardless of your skill set, if your face doesn't fit it is absolutely pointless. -They employ trainees with no industry knowledge so they don't really know how poor it is there and then they can excuse their turnover rates as being due to being new to the industry

Reading your recent review we are sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience. In terms of the bonus scheme, we believe that what we offer is very competitive in the market and we are very honest and open about what our bonus scheme is right from the get go. From the initial call to discuss a candidate’s application, through to offer and induction, we are transparent on what we expect from people who join us and what they will expect from us in return. We do pride ourselves on recruiting people with little to no sales experience and developing them into successful recruitment consultants and we have a huge amount of success stories, which we are truly proud of. We also fully appreciate that it is a tough job, that requires a lot of determination, focus and dedication and due to this, some people that join find that it’s not the right role for them… which is common in recruitment.
