The only pro is Remote/Hybrid options for most employees.

Cons

Terrible culture currently. It was great under Deb & Janet but Lorraine ruined all of their hard work. She doesn't accept responsibility for her own decisions. She scapegoats others and has them fired. The board needs to wake up to this,

The people that work there are (mostly) great! There's a good benefits package and flexible working hours.

Cons

There is no clear communication across the organization, NSC is constantly swerving the mission to land the next dollar. This leads to mission creep and tight timelines on deliverables.
