Pros

This company was set up for a good cause. Unfortunately the only true cause is to put money in the pocket of the President and Vice-Presidents.

Cons

I like many people worked at this company for over twenty years before the latest leadership. They terminated most of the staff including myself. They did not want to pay unemployment so they yelled at us and called us awful names for no reason. They forced managers to hand out awful employee reviews. I met every single goal on my review and still received complete fail. I hear it is till a revolving door.

Great mission, loyal comittment to the vision. The management team tries really hard to address any hard issues as soon as they arrive.
