low key place with good intentions but not a clue about the real world and how they are loosing their brand recognition

Cons

arrogant during hiring process and never hire for jobs that have ben posted for 5-6 months and then reported as new

Pros

I worked at National Safety Council for 23 years. This place lost its way in the last five years. In the old days before the management changed, it was a good place that cared about the mission and it's employees.

Cons

The last management had massive unethical terminations. They had huge bonuses for the upper management while they were terminating staff for no know reason and forcing staff to give to their charity "Friends of Safety". They became insanely money hungry and completely lost any ethics. They also lied on my reviewed and fired me.

I had many good years here before corrupt money hungry management took over this place several years ago. I used to be proud to work here before corruption took over.

Cons

I am so embarrassed that I ever worked for suck a corrupt and evil organization. The management here fired almost the entire staff with no rhyme or reason. Targeting African American and people over 50 with more that 20 years service. I am embarrassed to be associated with this place.
