No processes written down here, be ready to figure it out yourself or get fired. They do not value opinionated people and have no patience. People get moved around positions and departments like a game of musical chairs. From the outside, this organization seems okay but from the inside, it’s truly like being in a burning building. Management is two faced and awful.
