Not a viable IT career, look elsewhere for anything except temporary employment

Friendly employees and nice facility.

Cons

They have one CIO and three managers for eight IT employees, so for every 2 employees there is one manager. Too much drama within the department, because of very bad leadership.

team members are awesome, loyal and caring ... (not senior management)

Cons

The culture is terrible. They do not listen to employees and only the top management have any say, which is what the culture cannot change. You cannot have an opinion or voice. Senior management does not mingle with employees. I could go on and on..... It is a flat organization. No room for growth. Retaliation is real.
