Nice building with great people. The pay was fair. Everyone loved having a great mission.

Cons

There was a changeover in management. Since that time many people have left. That says something about the new management. Not a lot of room for advancement.

NSC offers good benefits and has very committed people. Most at NSC genuinely care about the people and mission.

Cons

Badly declining morale. Clueless executives. Incompetence slowly killing company. Sales team shattered by destructive leader who rules by intimidation and blindly protected because its the fourth sales leader in four years.
