This company is the measuring stick for toxic environments. Good people are pushed to the brink and then leave and they scratch their heads and wonder why. People are begging to be trained in their jobs but management does nothing about it. You spend too much time in meetings and doing needless things rather than doing your actual job. Then they wonder why you can't get anything done. Upper management makes up lies and other falsities when they want to reprimand or terminate an employee. They thrive on issuing performance improvement plans, written warnings and terminations. No one gets a fair chance there. Management is horrible. They rule with an iron fist based on fear and intimidation.

The work environment was clumsy, unsupportive, and extremely off in numerous ways. There is little to no camaraderie and few opportunities for sharing ideas or insight. There is also miscommunication happening at all levels that no one seemed to even want to address.
