Pros

I have only been here a short while, but I really love working for this company. Management is very interested in my career goals and direction. Lots of fun projects to work with great technology. The company culture is very motivating and positive.

Cons

The only con I can think of is structured professional training and potential to attend conferences is a bit rare.
