      Pros

      Direct and unfettered access to management from the CEO on down. Dr T (CEO) has always had a long term vision for NI and continually pushes the company to be innovative.

      Cons

      Company continues to grow & outperform but the stock value stays the same - no change in 5 years. Also the company doubles in size every 5 years and it is becoming difficult to maintain the same "feel" as we grow.

      Pros

      realize a virtual yet highly reliabe remote monitoring in real time and broaden the opportunity to win much more benefits in a long term.

      Cons

      Enough trial and error time will be spent on creating the prototype of Labview program structure and has to pay a high salary to professional software engineer.
