Pros

I love the people at NI. My coworkers were the best part of working at NI. NI also has pretty competitive healthcare benefits and good work-life balance.

Cons

In my experience there are a lot of managers that were effectively individual contributors, but not good people managers. The people managers got their roles because they were effective at being an IC. I think NI needs to be more intentional about finding people with the right emotional skills.
