Pros

Good for a fresh graduate. There are lots of talents hired before. You can learnt a lot from them.

Cons

From a few years ago, the CEO of NI wanted to transform NI to more industry focused company. They formed BU and got rid of the initial strategy. There were lots of reorg and reduction in recent years.
