Pros

Great work-life balance and fun environment. Lot of ways to carve out your own future, hard work and effort take a long time to pay off, but they do pay off.

Cons

lower pay with raises that barely go ahead of cost of living. Not the most amazing benefit package. Overall the pay is relatively low and unimpressive.
