Very Bad. I was asked to give a presentation. If its not OK, I had to get my head shaved.

None. You have to work a lot.

Cons

-You have to work for more than 14 hours a day. - No Work and Performance Ethics. Lot of politics - I was asked to get my head shaved or vacuum clean the office in front of everybody if I cant give good presentation.
