Pros

Honestly I can't see any. I was hired end of September. Everything seemed to go really well on the interview with the tram and my 'boss'. Had a second interview and landed the job. My first week I was being taken out to lunch everyday. I was very welcomed by my 'boss' and the team. Basically, looking back on it I can see it was all just pure fluff. Two weeks in I notice a shift, boss isn't as friendly. I'm not being trained. Three weeks in I get called in with HR and they let me go. There reasoning? I'm not as outgoing as they thought I was and I don't have the skills required for the position. Mind you- as a Program Manager I was supposed to be doing grant work and instead I was folding T-Shirts for convention and putting labels on folders. I've never worked for a place like this in my life and disgusts to have been let go only 15 days in and not being given a chance. However, I was miserable there anyway so I also feel like a huge weight has been lifted off me.

Cons

Bureaucratic, extremely conservative, poor culture, doesn't seem to care much about the employees, high turnover, misrepresentation as an organization, too structured, poor working environment, numbers game- employees don't seem appreciated- get taken in and either quit or let go. Image is represented, clicks.

PTO, Flex-schedule, benefits, free coffee

Cons

Upper management has too much say. Directors micro-manage.

Pros

Some of their agricultural programs are good. The way they manage these programs is questionable though. Because of incompetent management, lot of money is thrown away.

Cons

In the name of leadership skills, they play with people's lives. Street smart attitude is preferred instead of an educated employee base. Company struggling to survive making employee's lives miserable.
