Cons

This is a non-profit so the raises are tiny and opportunities to move up within the company are non-existent.

Great place to work. Work-Life balance is great. Clear strategic plan. Mission based organization. Very rewarding. Wonderful people to work with.

Cons

I can't really think of any. It is a non-profit...so there are always some issues you can expect that might not be an issue at a for-profit organization.
