Well run trade association with financial resources to support our membership. Our CEO, Peter Welch has good pulse on the needs of our dealer members and empathetic towards NADA employees. Cares about the members and employees

Cons

After SVP level - many lack empathy , interest in their employees - it's all about the individual with little concern for the employees within the department

Leadership bring in people based on how much profit they can bring in, they do not care how those people treat others. Unrealistic expectations by leaders based on not truly considering the opinions of others. Instructors are given too much authority and you dare not question some of them High turnover due to new leadership Talking bad about people instead of dealing with problems is the culture
