      Pros

      The majority of employees have their own office. Great benefits. Lots of time off. 401k plan is very good.

      Cons

      The lowest morale of any company that I have ever worked for. Upper management is clueless. No open door policy. Never allowed to telework. The employees are miserable.

      - Convention time is hectic but exhilarating if you like fast-paced environments. - Excellent benefits package. - It is possible to stay for decades in your role.

      Cons

      - Does not attract younger employees. - Constant restructuring. - Executives and HR leadership do not care for employees. They only have their own interests at heart. - Pay is below average for the area. - Minimal potential for promotion because most employees stay forever. - Unqualified managers who erode employee morale.
