So many perks - 1. Free Transportation from any place 2. Free Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner 3. Colddrinks, Coffee etc. 24 X 7 4. Flexible Timing 5. Work From Home 6. ESPP 7. More leaves per year. 12 Sick + 21 Casual, Maternity leaves are over 6 months

Cons

Work depend on team. Not everyone gets to work on new development. Mostly for initial 1 year, you wil solve bugs.
