It is a pleasure working with lots of extremely bright engineers. Lots of responsibility and autonomy to work on things YOU think are important.

Cons

The software organizational structure is struggling with growing pains. There is some misalignment with the culture of some managers vs. the culture and perspective of the company as a whole.

Pay is good that's the only thing I can say.

Cons

-Too much politics. -Not a good company to start your career. -In Pune this company actually did acquisition of a start-up firm. Now crowd from this start-up has formed a good family and most of the other employees you always find working for senior management's home need. -Work Exp what you will get here is not needed anywhere. -Too much of time to do donkey work. -Even if you worked for 3 year your salary will be same what you had at your joining.

Pros

You'll be the envy of most new graduates. You'll get to work with the latest and greatest GPUs. You'll be exposed to bleeding edge hardware.

Cons

You aren't allowed to chat on message boards at all, which is very frustrating to those of us who used to do this constantly and must now disappear from our peers during our employment.
