Everything in Nvidia is best. Let it be salary , stocks , ESPP program , paid leaves and all sorts of additional leaves , work culture. Everything is good. Condition - You should be average or above avg to enjoy all these benefits. Low performers might have different experience.

Cons

Work can be monotonous in long run if you stay in same team for many years. Tip - Switch teams if you see good opportunity
