- inspiring CEO - highly talented people - great compensation plan with RSUs and ESPP that paid off big time

Cons

- some orgs are stuck in a legacy working mode, with highly territorial managers, overhead that crawls everything down to a stop, and low morale among employees - some people are clearly just tagging along waiting for their RSUs to vest, but not contributing much or trying very hard.

CEO is one of the smartest leaders of our generation. Amazing technology and some of the smartest, hardworking people in the world Nimble as a startup with the financial backing as one of the biggest companies in the world Flat company, get stuff done fast and your voice is heard

Cons

Pace of play can be a lot for people that are looking for a 9-5. No coasting here. Mission is too important.
