      Constant thriving to get the best product in market. Competitive and aggressive approach within the company. More responsibilities and wider exposure like a start-up.

      Cons

      Less employees leading to more work per employee. Less focus on personal life. Lack of appropriate rewards/benefits to retain the employees. Poor retirement benefits.
