      Not a good company to start and build your career

      Nvidia does not have any pros.

      Cons

      Indian management is dummy. All is controlled by there bosses in US. The management does not have a spine to speak over an issue. Apart from that you spend your precious time while installing the OS over and over again. Most of the occasion you work on bugs. Soon you will forget whatever you learnt in your college. Very few company which work in the domain in which nvidia is working. It is difficult to switch job if you stick there for too long. You can join nvidia if you are very innovative about how to kill your time.

      GPU is good , Tegra is in developing stage. So you can expect anything on your plate.

      -Competitive Salary -Good Opportunities -Good for NCG's -Free cafeteria.

      Cons

      -Tegra business is not systematize. -People are really workaholic in this place. No fun, just work and work. -No company events and company also do not promote such things. -There's no motley of cultural mixing. You can feel regionalism in the air.
