      - Makes you feel that you are inventing the future. - Competitive pay package and stock options. - Flexible work hours. - Option to work from home (depending on your manager). - Free food and transport (for india employees).

      Cons

      - People who are not self motivated can have hard time with the initial learning curve. - Bugs that are hard to reproduce and debug (can easily spend month on a single bug without being able to root cause). - Technology/software stack that is used for low level system software isn't something you can google up. Requires patience to understand and build knowledge.
