Different by team, but my team sucks. It's a combination of all the worst things, especially the russian connection in the dept.

Pros

Post-pandemic, NVIDIA still has great support for working from home. At HQ people seem to come in ~3 days a week and that works well for many people.

Cons

Being remote means you miss out on a lot of things. Hard to legislate ways around that. It just happens.
