No salary hikes, no technical work; this job is not suitable for engineers. My suggestion for all new joiners If you desperately need a job, only consider joining here. Once you join, you are wasting your time for 21k per month. Instead of pursuing this job, please take some technical courses and explore different tech opportunities Many people have been working here for the past 5 years with zero salary hikes, and Nvidia is offering much more for us. However, third-party companies like Randstad/Spectrum deduct 30-40% of the salary
