Cons

There is politics, some teams better than others, some favoritism and managers taking advantage.

Never a bad day because of the team or anyone else. Good pay and stayed busy so time went by quickly.

Cons

Still had plenty of bad days because of the Field itself not due to anything by nVidia. Despite always being busy it can be tedious and frustrating work from time to time
