No work-life balance, to much demands. I was not given long service award even if I reached my 5 years due to the awarding date. You could've given the cert but neverminded the monetary benefits.

Cons

Salary is better compared to other cc however there are some benefits that foreigners will not get. Trainings are well provided. Development and growth are encouraged.

Stress is a must. You must know how to manage your time for both work and family but mostly it’s impossible to have meaningful family time. Career progression depends on your principal. You may work so hard but may not be recommended for the career progression.
