NTB offers a competitive salary and a great benefits package: 401K with company match, support with professional development, discounts, etc. This allowed me to stop worrying about my financial stability and focus on my career growth. Luckily, I have ample opportunities to learn more about the industry and gain hands-on experience. People are awesome here - I feel confident to voice my concerns and I know my team will have my back when needed.
