The earning potential with the company is great if you have a management position and are in the right location.

Cons

Upper management needs to seriously look into who they have running the stores and who the store store managers employ to service the customers.

Money is good, I have really enjoyed working with most of the people in the stores. Most customers are okay

Cons

Work life balance...there is none! District managers and up make you feel like your never doing you job good enough. They will always tell you to do more. 19.99 oil changes add to car count but destroy GP. Most customers just want a 19.99 oil change.
