      Good discounts on Michelin tires

      Cons

      Low pay for hours worked/not family friendly company....they tell you when hired that you will be working about 55 hours a week then you end up working 60-70 hours a week or more...they change your bonus plan every 1-3 so you never realy make much of a bonus

      Pros

      Good, knowledgeable mechanics. Enjoyable co-workers. Generally pleasant working environment.

      Cons

      Management and GST turnover seemed high. Constantly short staffed. There seemed to be a disconnect between the management and shop staff in my last year their. Staff meetings would become muddled due to built up animosity. Distrust of management would lead to disillusionment of staff.
