Pros

Learned effectively how to put on/take off tire. But training was very poor, basically learned by trial and error.

Cons

Management is horrible. At least at my location. Managers have no idea how to run shop and are constantly arguing with everyone, even employees. Training was horrible and taught by foreign mechanics unable to speak English or effectively communicate proper mechanical techniques.

If you like sales. This is for you. There were always customers and there were always incentives

The insentives were not very good, and the turnover rate in sales was terrible. The managers certainly let you know you were replaceable...

Pros

Fast paced, high energy. Great benefits, huge advancement opportunities. Good upper management with positive attitudes.

Cons

Long hours, very hard to balance work and home life. Lower end of the pay scale. As good as the upper management is, they have very little power to make needed changes that are needed.
