Pros
Learned effectively how to put on/take off tire. But training was very poor, basically learned by trial and error.
Cons
Management is horrible. At least at my location. Managers have no idea how to run shop and are constantly arguing with everyone, even employees. Training was horrible and taught by foreign mechanics unable to speak English or effectively communicate proper mechanical techniques.
