Good, knowledgeable mechanics. Enjoyable co-workers. Generally pleasant working environment.

Cons

Management and GST turnover seemed high. Constantly short staffed. There seemed to be a disconnect between the management and shop staff in my last year their. Staff meetings would become muddled due to built up animosity. Distrust of management would lead to disillusionment of staff.

Awesome store manager, working with great people at the store level.

Cons

Upper mgmt. has absolutely no clue as to how to manage and operate a tire/auto store. They will absolutely NOT promote from with-in. That makes too much sense. Instead they will hire folks who have NO experience in the automotive repair industry and pay them $60K to run a store. Lying to them all the time about how many hours they will really have to work and that EVERYTHING that happens at that store comes out of there check. As a CSA, you get the shaft all the time. Any specials or sales that they put up is taken out of the CSA's check . Insurance is a joke and the help from upper mgmt is as laughable as the insurance. The management will lie to your face while sticking the knife in your back. All in all...this place is NOT worth the stress or trouble.

Manager is worth his weight in gold. If you're good and you hustle, you move up very quickly. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Other guys in the shop often leave all the work for the guys who actually hustle. Working weekends and late.
