Cons
Upper mgmt. has absolutely no clue as to how to manage and operate a tire/auto store. They will absolutely NOT promote from with-in. That makes too much sense. Instead they will hire folks who have NO experience in the automotive repair industry and pay them $60K to run a store. Lying to them all the time about how many hours they will really have to work and that EVERYTHING that happens at that store comes out of there check. As a CSA, you get the shaft all the time. Any specials or sales that they put up is taken out of the CSA's check . Insurance is a joke and the help from upper mgmt is as laughable as the insurance. The management will lie to your face while sticking the knife in your back. All in all...this place is NOT worth the stress or trouble.
