Good money potential, important skills to learn

Cons

At mercy to the shops culture and if you arent compatible with it. You wont last long. There also isnt as robust training avalible as you would expect. You also have to do 15 to 20 minutes of 'pre check' before doing anything on any vehicle.

You get free coffee and decent benefits

Cons

Management does not care about you/not valued. You will be overworked and exhausted. The mentality is to get the job done, it doesn't matter what it takes. You are accused of not giving it your all, despite putting 50+ hours in every week. I was not able to get the time off that I deserved to spend time with family. Not healthy at all!
