You can build great working relationships among other store employees, and gain automotive experience.

Cons

Service managers, store managers, and district managers could not care less about you or your career. I had a great store manager at the end, but overall the corporate structure feeds off your cheap labor.

I had formed friendships here that I would treasure forever

Cons

This place is run by a terrible management that it was hard to cope and stay motivated every day. They were unsupportive and didn't even care about their employees per se. Work-life balance here was nonexistent because of too much workload. It wasn't a very recommendable place to work for.
