Did not face any Politics in my Tenure of 4.5 years in Two Departments i worked for Leadership team is Approachable, best is your are Heard and encouraged to speak without Fear Here they hate to use the word 'Employee' because you are partner a builder of the organisation and an NIITian.

There are many & more occasions for NIITians to speak up and communicate. NIIT HR does regular listening exercises. We also have regular skip levels. Most 2nd level appraisals are face-to-face. There are timed interventions for listening to new NIITians. There is a special forum for women NIITians to talk which is directly addressed by me.
