NIIT Limited Response
11yThere are many & more occasions for NIITians to speak up and communicate. NIIT HR does regular listening exercises. We also have regular skip levels. Most 2nd level appraisals are face-to-face. There are timed interventions for listening to new NIITians. There is a special forum for women NIITians to talk which is directly addressed by me.
