We have many career growth opportunities in NIIT and especially in a place like Delhi/Gurgaon which is where the company is head quartered. Most long-term NIITians in the company have been growing due to role changes across functions, domains and geographies; made possible thanks to the multi-business, multi-geo profile of the company.
For trainer profiles, there are many training delivery options in the corporate learning business in India and Overseas, remote training outsourced roles in the Managed Training Services practice, Content design & development practice and in our technology and s/ware organization.
If trainers want to move into other domains, those options are also available.
