      Pros

      Overall company culture is good. They have some of the best HR practices.

      Cons

      Sometime back for many years, there were poor Management practices & policies helping Incompetence's & Inefficiency. Currently it is in it's revival period as per the buzz around.

      Pros

      Philosophy: Hire good people and get out of their way to perform their best, positive numbers are just an outcome then. Culture: Culture: A bunch of people got together and created an environment for people; how they themselves would like to be treated. Vision/Mission: Empower people and they will achieve everything for everyone

      Cons

      It is "matrix reloaded": too many processes and policies have created a system which is overpowering the human touch of doing things. Wish it could be turned around before we even have an artificial SUN in there :)
