Pros
If you know how to put a blame on others this is a good company to work with. No one wants to close issues as a team. You just need to be good at demonstrating how you are not responsible. The management has ample time to discuss and reprimand someone who is caught unaware rather than pulling the team together and resolving problems or focusing on client satisfaction
Cons
It will take you at least six months to understand the systems within the organization. Too many protocols and too many automated systems with no guidance or training for new comers.
