      * You get to learn a lot. You can end up acquiring 2-3 different job skills during your career (7-8 years). * Strong brand value. People moving on to different organizations post NIIT get acknowledged about the brand they come from * NIIT is people friendly. Women get enough respect and growth opportunties

      * NIIT is traditionally a poor paymaster * Growth path is not the strongest motivational factor

      Very friendly work environment, Less work pressure, realistic goals, and great subordinates

      Very less or no interactions of senior level management with employees. a little appreciation from seniors, and very less motivation.
