We'd recommend booking one to one meetings with your Line Manager to discuss further training. These meetings will allow you to work on a development plan. We'd also recommend discussing this with your Line Manager where they will be able to best advise course, training and ways to further your career in the business.

Great place for work, Nice and kind people around, Healthy and learning atmosphere, Fun activities, Lot of charities, Love the discounts :)

Just for me may be - travel distance less wfh options parking issue (although recently the extended car park space is a huge relief)

As posted on LinkedIn: Our Head Office is based in one of the country’s best-connected cities, Leicester. True From our HQ, you can get to the M1 & M69 in under 10 minutes!! 🛣🚗🏍⁠. False. Consider it your lucky day if you get out of the car park under 10mins. Resist to change from management and long-stay staff even though they do lots of campaigns to promote change. Lack of innovation in terms of software development Lack of trust in management as makes it hard to work as a team. High staff turnover. The one who stay get favouritism over skilled employee. Poor code quality from "Senior" , "Head" and other job titles. Salary- not competitive.
