Pros

Doesn't matter what you do or how smart or hard you work here. If your family is here or your face fits then you will go far. Recently changed promotions rules so that no one on assistant level can progress more than 2 salary bands.....every current manager jumped salary bands. Completely contradictive management and work ethics here. Absolutely toxic too and management is negligent yo your voice. Everything's a JFDI without though ot consideration.

Hours to suit your needs. Overtime

Cons

Toxic, stressful place to work. You can't be yourself. Most customers are entitled, and talk down to you. Very demanding especially during sales, valentines day, mothers day. Compulsory hours during summer and Christmas holidays.
